The course on Competition Policy and Market Regulation (IOI curriculum) will feature five seminars on practical Competition Policy Cases.
These cases, related to Investigations by the DG Competition at the European Commission, will cover Collusion, Horizontal Mergers, Vertical Restraints, Vertical Mergers, and Predatory Pricing.
The seminars are expected to start in late October and to conclude before Christmas Holydays with more case presentations by the students of the Course.
